When you request early access, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, role, company size, preferred timing, and what you would like to build with Polycore.

If you later receive an account, we also process the account and organization details needed to operate the service. Website analytics may include technical and usage information such as pages viewed, browser type, and interaction events.

We use request details to evaluate whether Polycore is a good fit, reply to you, plan onboarding, and improve the product. We do not add early-access requests to a marketing mailing list unless you separately choose to join one.

Polycore uses service providers to run this website and process requests. Vercel hosts the web application, Supabase stores request and account data, PostHog provides product analytics, and Slack alerts our team when a new request is saved. Form details included in an alert are visible only in Polycore's private Slack workspace.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it when required by law or when necessary to protect Polycore, our users, or others.

We keep early-access requests while we evaluate and follow up on them, and afterward only as long as reasonably needed for product operations or legal obligations. We use access controls and service-provider safeguards intended to protect the information we hold.

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.
